
February 17, 2010 - Framingham - The man suspected of driving while intoxicated when he caused a car accident on Sunday pleaded not guilty in court on Tuesday. According to The MetroWest Daily News, 28-year-old Scott Ryberg injured two people when he crashed head-on into an oncoming car after failing to stop at a stop sign.
The car accident occurred shortly before 1:30 a.m. on Beaver Street. Two people from the other vehicle suffered serious personal injuries and were treated at MetroWest Medical Center. Their identities and conditions have not been released. Scott Ryberg's trial is due to begin at the end of March.
