Bicyclist Seriously Injured After Being Struck by Car in Stoughton
February 17, 2010 - Stoughton - A bicyclist has suffered serious personal injuries when he was hit by a car on Monday. According to the Patriot Ledger, the victim was riding a bicycle near the intersection of Railroad Avenue and Washington Street when the accident occurred shortly after 9:30 p.m. Monday night.
Police have been unable to identify the victim in this bicycle accident. After receiving initial treatment at Good Samaritan Hospital, the victim was airlifted to Massachusetts General Hospital. His condition is currently unknown, and police have not specified if any charges will be filed as a result of this accident.
