February 18, 2010 - Harwich - One woman was injured when her car crashed into a telephone pole on Wednesday morning. According to The Cape Cod Times, the woman was driving down Bank Street when she lost control of her vehicle, which caused the closure of the road in both directions.
The victim's identity has not yet been released, but she did suffer personal injuries in the crash. Police believe weather may have contributed to the accident, since winter storms have been moving across the area. No other injuries were reported in this single-vehicle crash.
We send our best wishes to the injured victim. We hope that she makes a complete recovery from her injuries. In any single-vehicle car accident, it's always a good idea to contact an experienced Massachusetts personal injury attorney right away. There may be an opportunity for a civil lawsuit if there was a dangerous condition on the roadway that contributed to the car accident.
