Police Looking for Driver in Methuen Hit and Run Accident
February 5, 2010 - Methuen - Police are on the look out for a red Acura Integra they believe was involved in a hit and run accident on Route 110 around 8:30 a.m. this morning.
According to reports in The Eagle Tribune, police were initially called about a pedestrian accident, but upon arriving at the accident scene, quickly realized a car had struck another car that had caused a passenger to be ejected from their vehicle.
The ejected victim of the hit and run accident was set to be transported to a hospital by helicopter until emergency crews realized the victim had gone into "full cardiac arrest", and they were taken to Lawrence General Hospital instead by ambulance with "advanced life support". A second hit and run victim sustained minor injuries and was taken to Holy Family Hospital for treatment.
