February 15, 2010 - Foxborough - A woman who has already faced charges of drunk driving in the past was arrested again on Saturday when she injured a man in a car accident. According to reports at TheBostonChannel.com, 47-year-old Paula Wright was intoxicated when she drove her car into a tree on Route 140.
Wright was not seriously injured in the DUI car accident, but her passenger, 48-year-old Scott Davis, suffered serious personal injuries. According to police, Davis was ejected from the vehicle, which then rolled on top of him before coming to a rest in the median. Paula Wright has been arrested for drunk driving in the past, and police say she will be charged again for this DUI accident. Scott Davis' condition is currently unknown.
We offer our thoughts and prayers to Scott Davis and his family. We hope he makes a full recovery from these serious personal injuries. Please keep him in your prayers. It would be in the victim's best interest to contact an experienced Massachusetts personal injury attorney, who can ensure that the drunk driver is held responsible for Davis' injuries and medical bills.
