School Bus Crash in Falmouth Injures One
February 9, 2009 - Falmouth - A school bus from the Falmouth Public School District was involved in an accident Monday afternoon, according to a report on ABC6.com. Few details have been released by police, but we do know that the accident occurred when a passenger vehicle rear-ended the school bus, which was carrying 12 students at the time.
The school bus accident occurred just after 3:00 p.m. as the bus was transporting students home at the end of the school day. Several minor injuries were reported, and the car's driver was treated for non-serious injuries at Falmouth Hospital. It is not currently known if any students suffered injuries during this bus crash. The identities of the victims have not been released.
We are thankful that this school bus accident did not cause any serious injuries, and we offer our best wishes to the car's driver and all of the students on the bus for a quick recovery from their injuries.
