
February 26, 2010 - Needham - An 18-year-old teenager was injured on Sunday when her car hit a telephone pole. According to reports at WickedLocal.com, the female victim was found in the middle of the road by a police officer who happened to be passing through the area. The car accident occurred on May Street.
The unidentified victim was conscious and told the officer that she suffered injuries to her head and arm. She was treated for her personal injuries at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital. Police say speed was not a factor in this single-vehicle accident, and they are still investigating to determine what caused the crash.
