Child Poisoning and Negligence in Massachusetts (Part A)

Poisoning of any kind is surprisingly common in the United States. The Cincinnati Drug and Poison Information Center says that 79% of cases in the poison control center involve child poisoning. Children under the age of 5 are involved in 64% of these cases.

The Problem of Child Poisoning

A parent's greatest fear is that their child will suffer a serious injury of any kind. If your child has consumed poison or suffered injury because of accidental poisoning, you already are well-acquainted with the pain surrounding this type of injury. Unfortunately, far too many families have had to deal with child poisoning in Massachusetts.

The parents of poisoned children face incredible challenges, the worst of which is the fear and sadness that occurs in such situations.
